Who pays for the assessment?

Assessment fees are paid for by the auto insurance company under which the injured client is covered. This must be approved by the insurance adjuster before an assessment can be conducted. In other situations, an employer or law office will pay for an assessment.

How long does an assessment take and does it require multiple visits?

Our assessments take between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the type of assessment, and we ensure that the client knows this ahead of time. Assessments only require one visit, however, sometimes it is advisable to follow up with a re-assessment after a certain amount of time has elapsed.
